- Marinated the chicken with salt and pepper and keep it atleast 30 min.

- Heat oil in a pan add onion and make beresta.

- Then heat oil and ghee in a another pan add marinated chicken and fry it.


- Then add remaining ghee and add bay leaves and some spices and ginger garlic paste and saute then add salt and red chilli powder and coriander powder and mixed it.


- Add yogurt and saute then add sugar and cashew nuts paste and mixed.
