  7. Now add 4 cups of water. and let it boil…then add rice and cook them on high heat until all extra water evaporates.
  8. Add fresh chopped coriander and 1 tbsp white vinegar. now with tight lid on cook it for 10 minutes on very low heat
  9. Biryani pulao is ready
    serve it with any yogurt dip you like.
