- 200 grams Onion chopped

- 1 inch ginger chopped
- 4 piece Tomato chopped
- 2 each Green chilli
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 each Bay leaves
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro for garnishing
- 2 Green chilli chopped
Steps to make to make Chicken Curry
- Wash Chicken. Keep aside.
- Heat oil.. When it's starts to smoke.. Do fire in low flame.. Add Bay leaves. Fry for one minute.
- Now add chopped garlic.. Saute for one minute.. B careful it should not be burn. Add chopped onion.. When it gets transparent add chopped ginger. Saute for one minute.
- Now add chopped tomato n salt. Cover the lid for five-minute. Tomato become soft.
- Now add all dry ingredients... Except garam masala.. Fry them in medium flame... For five-minute.
- Now add chicken pieces.. Do flame low.. Cover the lid.. Cook for 30 min. Stir occasionally. B careful it should not be burn. So u have to check in between.
- After 30 min Chicken half done n starts to release oil... Now add two cups of water. Do flame medium. Cook till Chicken fully done..
- Now check with a fork... If it easily poke the chicken... It means Chicken done...
- Now off the gas oven... Sprinkle garam masala n cilantro.
- U can enjoy with steamed rice.. Any type of bread or Indian flat bread.
