  1. Heat pan on low flame and saute all whole dry spices until golden. Do not over roast. Set aside.
  2. Add oil to pan once hot add chopped onions saute till golden in colour add ginger garlic saute removed from oil and transfer to dry spices blend slightly oily.
  3. Clean and wash chicken under running water for 7-8 times keep in bowl add grinded paste mix well add merinate chicken for 1 hour.
  4. In same pan pour remaining oil add tometoes add pinch salt saute add merinate chicken saute well add little water and saute do this for 6-7 times
  5. Now pour water depends on contency of gravy mix well add green coriander leaves chopped flame should be slow cook until done.
  6. Serve this spicy aromatic chicken curry with steam rice or chapati.
